Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your access and use of PHPayslip (e-Payslip), a payslip portal service provided by Payroll Support cc.

Effective date: 28 January 2026

1) About the service

PHPayslip (e-Payslip) is intended to allow authorised employees and employers to access payslips and related payroll documents securely. Access is provided based on information supplied by participating employers.

2) Authorised use

  • You may use this portal only if you are authorised by a participating employer.
  • You must not attempt to access any other person’s payslips or account.
  • You must comply with applicable laws and your employer’s policies when using the portal.

3) Login details and security

  • Keep your login details and any one-time passwords confidential.
  • Do not share verification codes with anyone.
  • Notify your payroll administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4) Payslip content and accuracy

Payslip data is generated and provided by your employer. If you believe information is incorrect, please contact your payroll administrator. We do not alter your employer’s payroll calculations unless specifically instructed by them.

5) Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the portal for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
  • Attempt to bypass security, scrape data, or probe for vulnerabilities
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the service availability
  • Use automated tools to access the portal in a way that disrupts normal operation

6) Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside our control. We may update or modify the portal from time to time to improve security and performance.

7) Intellectual property

The portal, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to Payroll Support cc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the portal content or software except as allowed by law or written permission.

8) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Payroll Support cc will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the portal. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

9) Privacy

Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
