PHPayslip (e-Payslip) is an employee payslip portal and payslip upload service provided by Payroll Support cc. Employers (your company) use the service to distribute payslips securely, and employees use the portal to view their payslips.

2) What information we process

Depending on how your employer uses the service, we may process:

• Contact details (for example mobile number and/or email address)
• Identifiers used for access verification (for example partial ID number digits where applicable)
• Payslip and payroll-related content supplied by your employer (for example pay period, earnings and deductions)
• Portal usage data (for example login events, device/browser information, timestamps, IP address)
• Support communications (for example enquiries you send to your payroll administrator or support)

We do not request or require full credit card numbers or banking passwords through this portal.

3) Why we process information

• To provide secure access to payslips and related documents
• To distribute payslips on behalf of participating employers
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the portal
• To support query handling and respond to requests
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations where applicable

4) Legal basis and employer relationship

In most cases your employer is the party that decides what payroll data is generated and shared with employees. We process data to provide the service to your employer and to allow authorised employees to access their payslips.

If you have questions about your payroll data accuracy, please contact your employer’s payroll administrator.

5) Sharing and disclosure

We may share personal information only as needed to provide the service, for example:

• With your employer and their authorised payroll/HR contacts
• With service providers who help operate the portal (for example hosting, security, messaging), under confidentiality obligations
• Where required by law, court order, or lawful request

We do not sell personal information.

6) Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. This may include access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and operational safeguards.

No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure. Please keep your login details and one-time passwords confidential.

7) Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet contractual and legal obligations. Retention periods may be determined by your employer’s requirements and applicable laws.

8) Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, object to, or request deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal limits. Because payroll information is generally controlled by your employer, most requests should be directed to your payroll administrator first.
