What we do

We provide a paperless payslip delivery solution. After payroll is finalised, payslips can be securely uploaded to your company’s portal account and made available to employees online (including a mobile-friendly view).

How it works

1. Your payroll is completed as normal.
2. Your payslips are provided to the e-Payslip consultant / payroll contact for upload (as agreed with your company).
3. Payslips are uploaded to your company’s portal account.
4. Employees can access their payslips through the portal using secure login and verification steps.

Privacy and POPIA

We take privacy seriously and aim to handle personal information responsibly. Your employer remains the primary party responsible for payroll processing decisions and employee data collection, while we support secure payslip distribution.
